Warranty Conditions with Proof of Purchase
I have my proof of purchase and it is valid
- Send in your unit with a copy of THIS FORM.
- A technician will assess the unit and the Service Centre will remedy defects in materials or workmanship free of charge, at its sole discretion, by either
a) repairing the Product or the parts or
b) replacing the Product or the parts subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty
REPAIR PROCESS
When your unit is received it will be assigned a repair number. After reading your repair form, a technician will evaluate your unit to determine what repairs are needed and whether or not warranty coverage will be applicable.
It is our option to repair or replace your unit. If your unit is NOT covered under warranty, an estimate for repair or replacement will be e-mailed to you.
You will have 7 days to respond, either accepting or declining the recommendation. If you accept the recommendation for repair or replacement you will need to provide payment. That can be in the form of a EFT, or if you prefer, by MasterCard or VISA.
If the repair or replacement is covered under warranty, you will receive no additional correspondence. Your repaired unit or a comparable replacement of equal value and function will be shipped to you within 7 days if spare parts and\or replacement stock is immediately available, or within 4-6 weeks if spares and\or replacement stock is not immediately available. Additional delay may be unavoidable on occasion if a replacement item is temporarily out of stock.
