Warranty Conditions on Purchases from a Non Authorized Ultimo Dealer or Purchased Overseas

I have my proof of purchase but it is invalid as it was purchased outside South Africa or from a non-authorised dealer

  1. Send in your unit with a copy of THIS FORM.

A technician will assess the unit and the Service Centre will provide a quotation on

a) repairing the Product where it is economically and physically viable or
b) replacing the Product with a nominal handling fee, subject to the product model.

REPAIR PROCESS

When your unit is received it will be assigned a repair number. After reading your repair form, a technician will evaluate your unit to determine what repairs are needed and whether or not warranty coverage will be applicable.
It is our option to repair or replace your unit. If your unit is NOT covered under warranty, an estimate for repair or replacement will be e-mailed to you. If your unit is considered to be a manufacturing defect a handling fee will be levied, dependent on  the product model

You will have 7 days to respond, either accepting or declining the recommendation. If you accept the recommendation for repair or replacement you will need to provide payment. That can be in the form of a EFT,  or if you prefer, by MasterCard or VISA.
Your repaired unit or a comparable replacement of equal value and function will be shipped to you within 7 days if spare parts and\or replacement stock is immediately available, or within 4-6 weeks if spares and\or replacement stock is not immediately available once payment has been received by ULTiMO.
Additional delay may be unavoidable on occasion if a replacement item is temporarily out of stock.
