BASIC WARRANTY INFORMATION

A warranty is a defect in materials or workmanship for the duration of the product specific warranty period
Lack of proof of purchase automatically voids the warranty claim
If there is a possibility the product was purchased outside SA, & is without proof of purchase, but is under warranty due to defect in materials or workmanship, a handling charge is applicable subject to the product.


INSTRUCTIONS TO SEND PRODUCT IN FOR REPAIR

This form completely filled out and attached to the unit. Be sure to fill in the “Description of Problems” box. Printing all of your information on this form will assure that it is recorded correctly when your repair arrives for processing and tracking. Failure to use the Ultimo Repair Form, or the substitution of handwritten notes, could result in delay.

A dated Proof of Purchase must be included with electronic products that do not have lifetime warranties. This includes: Laser Rangefinders, Trail Cameras, GPS (inc. BackTrack), ImageView (binoculars and spotting scopes), Night Vision, Speed Radar, and Flashlights.
Shipping Information

Send the unit to Ultimo at the address below via Post or a similar insured courier service with package tracking capability. Insuring your product for the appropriate value is recommended.

Package your product securely and include your name, street address or Post Office Boxes, a daytime phone number and your email address

Include a brief description of the issues you want addressed

Enclose proof of purchase
